(Re) Configuration of entities - data visibility to users

Re-Configuration of Entities

With the onboarding of more business areas into the software, some restrictions come up with security profiles which require some changes and a creation of a new entity.

Current AMG entity for group clients will remain as it is as there are no Institutional client contracts with AMG

There are are few AA invoices to be produced and fully processed by the Corporate Accounting team.

To that purpose we will :

  • enhance the list of invoice types with AA (or more types if required)
  • enable the AA invoice template in DE and EN
  • enable filters for the invoice list to filter per type of invoice (see first point)
  • enable the import template we developed for IC and AA to import the relevant invoice data for AA

In this instance the following roles will exist:

Invoice manager – With full rights as it is today

Auditor

Administrator

The current KAG group client entity remains as it is.

No changes at all.

In this instance the following roles will exist:

Invoice manager – With full rights as it is today

Auditor

Administrator

A new KAG Entity for IC and AA will be created

In this instance the following roles will exist:

Supervisor

Executive

Auditor

Administrator

Here we will

  • enhance the list of invoice types with AA and IC (or more values as provided by MEAG)
  • enable the AA and IC  invoice templates in DE and EN
  • enable filters for the invoice list to filter per type of invoice (see first point)
  • enable the import template we developed for IC and AA
  • Upload of SCD and KVG data

Although we separate invoices in different entities, they may share common data (products, invoices, fee types etc).

We are keeping the concept of data sharing across entities as it does exist today. This will allow that both AMG and KAG can invoice based on the same shared data (example SCD import is available for both AMG and KAG). The new imports will come in as well under the former AMG Group client import and data is shared with all entities,
